โรงแรมเกรเซอรี โอซาก้า นัมบะ, โอซาก้า

I stayed at Gracery Tokyo earlier this year and was very pleased, so I picked Gracery again when I visited Osaka this time. The hotel is conveniently located near Namba station. It seems quite new and I’d say the hardware is good. What I found rather surprising was how had breakfast was. The restaurant closes at 9:30am but when I went down just before 9am, a lot of food was already gone, especially the veggies at the salad bar. By the time I left at 9:30 the staff still has not bothered to do the refilling. Considering that breakfast is not free such breakfast service is quite awful compared with other 3.5 stars hotels. Also, only two elevators are available so the waiting time was quite long (unlike Gravery Tokyo). Given the choices available at Osaka I don’t think I’ll stay at Gracery Osaka again.

A new, clean mid range business hotel. Has a larger bathtub (compared to usual Japanese business hotel)

This is in Namba with a 5 minutes walk to Takashimaya. Could be nearer. Decent room size with a Japanese styled bathrooms. Spanking new. Nothing much around the vicinity but still quite fine with a short walk to the centre of Namba.
