Stay here allot, basic hotel with friendly staff. Close to Main Street and my office in London. Breakfast is also quite good.

Tout était parfait, le personnel charmant, la chambre très propre, grande, confortable et pratique, le petit-déjeuner super avec la surprise de découvrir qu'il est gratuit pour mes 2 enfants. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir

엡섬 타운 근린시설 접근이 용이합니다. 2명이 이용하는 것으로 예약했는데, 소파베드에 침구세팅이 안되어 있어서 조금 당황스러웠지만, 카운터 직원이 친절히 해결해주었습니다.

Stayed 5 nights didn’t clean room once, had to ask for loo roll, took 25 minutes to check in as girl on her own I. Whole hotel had to physically see if room had be cleaned before checking me in. Awful experience.

Wonderful staff, apart from the manager. The AC in the room was not working properly and had a set temperature of 25.5 degrees C or up…other rooms had AC working fine (we had more than one room as we traveled with family). They gave me another room, the smell of cigarette was unbearable! Overall the hotel has a good location, the front desk staff is great but it’s tiny, dated and if it’s too hot, do not expect the AC to work. We moved to a different hotel in Epsom and what a difference! So, my suggestion is to stay elsewhere, there are other good options over there.

Close to the station, shops and restaurants. Very convenient. No free parking, which was shown otherwise at the time of booking. Room not spacious but big enough. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Room had mould in the bathroom, with pretty heavy smell. Cleaning was generally not grate, food quality likewise, staff welcoming and nice. For the price, not unhappy, but not good by any regard other than nice staff.

The thermostat was locked and I was forced to sleep in a 77f room. They eventually brought a mini fan but that was not helpful as it just circulated hot air. I cut stay short next day. Terrible experience

Problemet var att vi kom sent och hade mycket svårt att kommunicera med hotellet … allt var bot! Sen hade de ändrat inchecknings reglerna och jag kunde inte min reservation nummer och då skulle det inte gå att checka in! Det blev väldigt stressigt och receptionisten var inte hjälpsam. Till sist hjälpte manager oss (med hjälp av mitt körkort) och vi fick vårt rum (de hade mitt namn och det var betalt!) Övriga personal var trevligare.
