This was a wonderful place to stay. This is a full condo with excellent amenities and the ability to cook/dining out in Hawaii is very expensive. It was walking distance to the Mauna Lani resort It also had its own private beach club.

This property was exactly as described and pictured. It was spacious, clean and quiet. The inclusion of a pass to the Mauna Lani Beach Club is very nice to have as it gives you free access to the gated parking lot, and to the cabanas and beach loungers (first come, first served). Snorkelling was also pretty good at this beach.

Beautiful grounds, waking distance to Beach, grocery store, restaurants and shops. The elevator made loading and unloading very easy. The pools are heated, we even swam in the rain. Very spacious condos with everything you need.

Great property! Condos very nice able to fit family of 4 all adults comfortably. Showers could have been cleaner (detailed). Caulking around master toilet coming off and dirty. But beds and carpet and couches felt clean. Fee dirty dishes but washed them as we used them the first time. Great grocery store and coffee shop with in walking. Also 1 beaches in walking distance and 2 others 15-30 away. Will stay again.

A surprise cleaning fee upon arrival is about the most absurd thing I have ever heard of. No warning of it from Expedia or the property till the day we show up and are trying to check in. The property was overpriced to begin with and outrageous with the additional fee. The place was quite dated and I would call it dirty. Garbage disposal didn’t work and sink in kitchen backed up when water was used, which made it stink. Carpet must have been 10-15 years old. Bathrooms were again dated and appeared dingy. This place is a tad nicer than a 2 star motel.

I wish someone would have written a review like this before we stayed at this unit. The area and the complex are fantastic. It was a great hub for day trips to all parts of the island. The complex pool, proximity to the beach, and the great little grocery store were all fantastic. If you can choose another unit within this complex I would highly suggest that. There is such potential for this unit as it backs to a lovely open space, but it is really clear the the owners do not care about the comfort and convenience of the guests. All of the furniture is old and outdated and very sparse. I think my husband's college house kitchen was better equipped than this kitchen. Nothing matched and it seemed like it was supplied with the leftover items of the last day of a garage sale. I say this as the owner of a short-term rental where we have invested a lot time, effort, and money in the comfort and convenience of our guests. I have to say the interior of this unit was a massive disappointment. When booking chose a unit in this complex where the owners actually care about the guests. The property managers were great and we had no issues - the unit was clean and the property manager/cleaners did the best they could with what the owners offered.

With aloha, the extraordinary property manager makes a significant difference.
Our beautiful condo provided a most comfortable, peaceful staycation. The lanai afforded gorgeous views as well as created a relaxing, restorative environment. Though living only an hour and a half from The Palms and are familiar with the beaches, we were worlds away for a perfect weekend. Our only issue presented itself before entering the condo. Inadequate and missing information at the time of booking led to unexpected, expensive additional costs after we booked. At the time of our check-in, Melanie, the property manager, listened with a combined professional and empathetic manner then worked with us to resolve our issue. The property is very central to everything we wanted to do. It had a gas grill -- we loved that, but we HAD to clean it before using it. There was a great selection of dishes and pots and pans -- we like to cook, so this was great. The living room furniture was more like outdoor patio furniture and was uncomfortable, and small. The bedroom pillows were horrible... really horrible. The bedroom with two twin beds had plastic kids sheets... there should be an option to change them to adult sheets that did not make noise. The area rugs in both bathrooms were dirty... they had a lot of hair on them and had not been washed for awhile - I washed the guest bathroom rug, but was not sure the master was washable - looked like it was wool, so did not. The filter for the air conditioner was not the right size (too small) so the air made a funny noise when it came on. The refrigerator leaked so we needed to put a towel under the bottom. The entire property is beautiful and the condo was fine, but the photo did not represent what we stayed in.

2泊しました。 部屋は広く開放感がありキッチンも広く、洗濯機も乾燥機もあり、トータルでは良かったですが、清掃料金が高い割に、床やカーペットの汚れや虫の死骸が気になりました。また、ミストのようなシャワーの水圧はイライラするほど弱く、全くもって満足できるものではありませんでした。 大きなスーツケースを持っているなら、一階をリクエストされる方が良いと思います。スーツケースを上げるのに苦労しました。 長期滞在ならバケーションレンタルは良いと思いますが、2・3泊ならホテルの方が良いと思ったのが正直な感想です。 長期滞在なら近くのスーパーで食材を買いお料理も楽しめると思います。 また、バケーションレンタルにステイするなら、プライベートビーチが近い方がいいです。
