It was great for beach access. Nothing in our room worked. Coffee pot was broke. Stove was broke. We had to switch on and off the breakers to use it. Toilet would tflush half the time.

NEGATIVE POINTS! I didn't really like the apartment I stayed in because the bathroom was dirty, the carpet on the floor wasn't pleasant, there was a piece of stained wood on the floor, the kitchen didn't have a sponge to wash the dishes, the bed was very uncomfortable to sleep in, and there was no parking, you had to pay for something that was already included. POSITIVE POINTS! Located in the central area of ​​Miami with many things nearby, a calm and peaceful place by the sea.

The location is excellent. If you are looking for a place just to sleep without concern of the amenities, this is the perfect place. It is in an area with easy access to public transportation but the room was not like the pictures. The facilities are very old and the staff is not very friendly, except for the security guard. Also, the hallway smelled like marijuana all the time. Excellent area, but they should improve the facilities.

Stayed 2 nights with my family. The lobby was under construction. We had to pay $35 each day for parking. Kitchen cabinets are falling apart they are very old. The room, kitchen,bathroom should be updated 5 years ago. The windows had gaps so we could hear the wind blowing. It’s a very nice location, large pool , very close to the beach.

If you're not going to spend a lot of time in the room this place is for you...rate is exceptional room was a 7.. out of 10 for well-known travelers probably a 5. I kind of expected more based on the location....let down there ... I was hoping for an 8. Area is definitely a 10.. The rooms could use some cleaning up... But did have a full kitchen and the fridge and the shower which made my day. ... I would stay there again especially for the cost.. great trip..

Everything was old. The bed and pillow are super uncomfortable. The pillows are too thin and the beds very hard. The bed cover is stained. The air conditioner is noisy. But the view is spectacular and can go walking to the beach.

Bare bones

I booked this last minute and to be honest based on price. And I got exactly what I paid for. The property is NOT a hotel...it appears to be condos that people rent out. The property itself is fairly grubby, but OK. There was a pool and direct access to the ocean and the walking/bike path. Nice. The room was very plain. The bedding was minimal, but comfortable. The A/C worked. I could connect to the wifi, but there was no internet when I did. I actually had a partial view of the ocean and pool area, but no balcony from which to really enjoy it. There was a coffee machine in the kitchenette, but no coffee and no paper towel, so you'll want to do some shopping at the convenience store across the street. The fridge worked. There is a Hilton two doors down with a fun bar and restaurant, and another good restaurant across the street. But you'll be taking a taxi to much of anything else. In short, it met my needs as a single guy just wanting a place to crash, but I would not take a wife, girlfriend or family here...spend a few extra bucks and go to a real hotel. They are selling units for $300k-ish, and I considered making the investment, but I think you can do much better. The building is really kinda bleak. The drive from MIA is over an hour in heavy traffic, but at 4am on a Sunday morning we did it in 20 minutes. Would I do it again?...eh, in a pinch mostly because I know my way around it and the area. Would I recommend it to friends? Absolutely not. They'd never forgive me.

Don’t come here I parked my car here for 30$ a day the forts day got a scratch on my car told them they said they would handle it never did I tried again they gave me a paper to file a claim. The hallways were filthy as soon as I got to the 9th floor it smelled like marijuana cigarettes and we dog. The hallway carpet was gross. Once inside the room the paint was peeling from the ceilings. Tub was dirty and the shower curtains. The bed sheets were dingy you could see right thru to the dirty mattress. The window curtains had stains all over them. I left and stayed elsewhere. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

This property advertised as a hotel is not a hotel. I am surprised that Expedia does that. The property, bedroom and bathroom are in terrible conditions. I never imagined it would be that bad. Everything was old, deteriorated, even the beds were falling apart, towels in terrible conditions even with old spots, the bathroom had only a used roll of toilet paper almost finished and we had to rush to the store the following morning before using the bathroom. The soap was probably the worst in the market and very little. Incredible ! A real warning about Expedia!

Casablanca Hotel has access to the beach. We arrived and there were no chairs or umbrellas. We've rented here several times through another platform, and there were always some. My husband had skin cancer and needed some to go to the beach. We had to buy some ourselves, and we were traveling with our 6-year-old granddaughter. The power went out several times, and we were without air conditioning and without an elevator on the 6th floor. We didn't have a great time. I called the reference number, but no one ever answered.
