I don’t like to give bad reviews, but the Daytime Manager at Hotel Ketchum has left me no choice!!! I reserved a Ketchum King room with Disability Assistance as my wife needs help in the shower. OMG ……. The room was a Broom Closet that was more fitting for the cleaning crew than a Senior Veteran with a disabled wife. The website photos are totally deceptive. When I asked about the size of the room the Manager said it wasn’t her problem. Buyer Beware at Hotel Ketchum!!!!!!!

Would not refund due to nearby fire
I tried to have my room ($258) refunded due to the nearby Wapiti fire and the hotel being on the only evacuation route. I did not feel that being a tourist and an extra car in the area was a great idea. The hotel manager's response was "we are not affected by the fire here" and said they would not refund it. It shows how they feel about the local people in the area...they would rather have tourists in the area than allow the locals to leave on the evacuation route if needed.
