Adequate for needs
It was lovely and quiet. A cheap room with all you need. I liked the community area and wasn't aware I could cook so that was a bonus for next time. Squeaky floors but an old building. It suited me fine and location was close to what I want

it's cheap for a reason
it is not a hotel it is a hostel. it is not as pictured. only clean on the surface, just don't look in the corners or walk bare foot as your feet will be filthy.

2/10 Poor

There is a reason its so cheap but trust me you won't sleep. I booked room with 2 double beds. The bathroom door was off hinge, couldnt shut it. Couldnt use shower or toilet without all occupants seeing. High windows let in bright hall night light that turned off & on waking us all night. The stairwell fire door clunked shut loudly through the night waking us & the service elevator shook the wall against the beds from early in the morning. Loud music from the gym in the same building woke me in early hours too. We were exhausted by checkout. The comunal areas weren't cleaned. Dusty & grimy. Comunal/shared bathroom ran out of toilet paper. Bedside lamps had broken or missing bulbs. This isnt even a case of you get what you paid for as the room ended up costing $180 for the 4 of us for the night. I booked extra rooms for our group to stay together. One room had no curtains to block light from street. No fresh towel replacement even after 3 night stay. It could be good but is run on the cheap. Location is great tho. Easy walk to everything.

Very budget, in need of repairs
Location within the city is great however, the whole place is a bit dilapidated. So many holes in the walls, not surprising because they are so thin, could hear every conversation in the room next door. And a little bizarre to have a shower just in the corner of the bedroom, very strange layout. But for a cheap place to sleep for the night it does the job

Haft of curtain can’t be close, half of painting haven’t finished staying right at the middle of the bedroom ..etc.. can’t explain all. I dont remember seeing anything about parking, or the lack thereof on tge web page. There is no designated motel parking. Therefore paying for parking was a surprise. $36 a night means one could "afford" to book a more expensive place that actually has onsite parking. The facility was very plain. Still, a good, quiet place with a comfortable bed. Shared shower & toilet, so it was more like a backpacking place.
