My stay was wonderful except when checking in, there was a blackout and couldn’t get to the elevator to my room, however the way the Frontdesk agent handled my check in was lack of customer service at every level.
She was barely addressing back when talking to her, no eye contact and was rough, she had a really bad attitude and shouldn’t be in customer service.
I understood, things like this happen, how lever it is all how you communicate, in her case she made the electrical outage worst than it should have been for the customer.
Very bad experience with her.
To be fair to the hotel, I have been coming here hundred of times, that was the first time I had such a bad experience
