Quiet and clean hotel in a great location for us. Staff was friendly. Room was bigger than expected. The corny sayings printed on the ceiling like "Dream Big" were goofy but that's ok. I really appreciated in room frig and Keurig coffee. Comfy bed. Good desk area. No weird or smoke smells!

Horrific Customer Service
My experience with this hotel was the worst experience I’ve ever had. The hotel cancelled my reservation and did not have the decency to contact me directly to inform me. When asked for assistance with this matter, I was informed that there was nothing that could be done. After asking for the matter to be escalated, I was given the runaround and finally reached a guest relations supervisor who told me she’d look into this for me and then never returned to the line. To make it worse, I still received emails from the hotel thanking for my stay which never happened. Any hotel that would rather strand their guests rather than call them to resolve an issue shouldn’t actually have guests.
