Waterfront hotel in Puerto Natales

The view from the room was amazing from the 4th floor facing the water and mountains. The only concern was not having a kettle in the room, however the restaurant provided a pot of hot water on a daily basis upon request. All staff members were fabulous! I enjoyed my stay.
Mi Kyung, 5-night trip

10/10 Excellent

This was a great modern hotel for visiting Torres del Paine. Big rooms and breakfast and restaurant were outstanding. Very friendly staff.
Adelyn, 2-night trip

4/10 Poor

Extremely noisy. Constant motor noise coming from Hotel roof.

10/10 Excellent

We had breakfast included and we were offered breakfast to go when we had to leave earlier. Those breakfast were excellent for the whole day. Also very friendly people.
Patricia, 4-night trip

10/10 Excellent

Absolutely beautiful place. Staff is friendly and helpful. Perfect location before heading off to Los Torres
Michelle, 1-night trip

4/10 Poor

Unfortunate

While a great view and amazing location the food was very disappointing both breakfast and dinner and no indication or warning about the major construction going on which was happening within the same wall as our room. Spa was a surprising benefit

Absolutely amazing place. Staff was friendly. Great food. Great view. Perfect location to head to Los Torres.
Michelle, 2-night trip

8/10 Good

A nice hotel but perhaps needed some care. Small issues added up, the shower door would not close properly, the mirror light did not work etc. We ate here both nights of out stay, it was fine but the second night in particular the service was very slow. There is construction work going on outside, maybe an extension? It did not bother us but may affect some rooms. The pool and spa area seemed deserted and not welcoming. A little work would improve this hotel a lot as it is different and has a lot to offer.
Karen, 2-night trip

Friendly and helpful staff. Great room

10/10 Excellent

cute

We stayed in several places since this trip was longer, but the breakfast was good, the place is clean and the staff is friendly, we would stay there again. the view from the rooms was gorgeous as well
Liz, 1-night trip

6/10 Okay

I booked this hotel for Sauna and hot tub but there was no sauna. Hot tub was just a pool with cold water. The description is not matching with what it is. It has to be changed.
jung-yoon, 2-night trip

6/10 Okay

The building seems to be undergoing construction, so they paid the little attention to the condition of current rooms. The room I stayed looked pretty rundown. One part of baseboard was missing, and the shower stall was as dirty. But the staff were very friendly and helpful!
Jiang, 1-night trip

6/10 Okay

Hotel was ok maybe not quite as good as advertised and for price. Small shower and bathroom. Wi-Fi had issues. Staff were great. A little different looking rooms than typical hotels.
2-night trip

10/10 Excellent

We had a junior suite with a excellent sea few. To bad that the hotel at this level doesn't have free coffee and tea in the room, nor does it have a small fridge
4-night trip

4/10 Poor

Superior room of the **** hotel, we stayed in, did not have any furniture besides bed. There weren't closets, night stands, chairs or tables to place your belonging. Lamps in the room did not work, so you could use only shower lighting. Few hangers were attached to the ceiling supposedly to be used for a jackets/coats. Ceiling and wall's painting is damaged in few places, angled bear beams limits navigation in the small room - all features do not fit in expected standards even for 2* hotels.
Vera, 1-night trip

4/10 Poor

Rooms were very loud with thin walls. Also they were very hot even with radiator off and window open.
1-night trip

10/10 Excellent

We loved our stay. We were hiking the W Trek and had a two day camping/kayaking trek to the Serrano glacier and used this hotel as a base. The hotel staff -especially Alessandra-was very helpful and exceptionally friendly. All of the staff was great -in the hotel and restaurant too. If you can, splurge on the room with a view of the fjord - it’s spectacular scenery. It was really great after completing the W Trek to return to the hotel and use the hot tub to soak the weary muscles. The hotel was close to a lot of great restaurants. They were very gracious in storing our extra luggage between adventures. We would absolutely return.
John, 2-night trip

4/10 Poor

Room was tiny an horribly laid out
Marshall, 1-night trip

4/10 Poor

Look for something better

Room floor was not very clean. Hair from previous guest was visible in the floor. Found a Crumpled old tissue paper under the nightstand.
Leomar, 3-night trip

6/10 Okay

Not worth it, definitely NOT a suite.

They have good marketing, because the photos look amazing, the hotel, not so much. Our “suite” barely qualifies as a room. The spa was a joke and kinda gross. For what we got $184/night was staggering. The staff was nice, but the left the room unlocked after servicing it each day (regular key). The restaurant was ok, but freezing cold. The view from the room was good, but overall a waste of money.
James, 3-night trip

2/10 Terrible

I was very disillusioned with the condition of the hotel. I feel the pictures showed false illusion of what a stay would be like. The hotel is not meant for people with disabilities. The ramp into the hotel is a serious hazard for anyone using walkers or wheelchairs. People with vision limitations are also at risk in becoming injured. This is not in my opinion worth the money i paid to stay here. I can go on.
