チェックイン時、チェックアウト時共に「いらっしゃいませ」「ありがとうございました」などの言葉も無かった。チェックイン時は、カウンターテーブルの前に立ってもこちらが声をかけるまで全く反応無し。こんなに何も言われないホテルは初めてでびっくりした。館内や部屋は、掃除も行き届き綺麗なだけに残念だった。
