Nice place to stay!

Our stay was good, on par with other places we've stayed. The hotel was very clean, quiet, and well maintained. The bed was very large and comfortable. We used the pool and hot tub and they were clean and nice as well. It was a nice stay.

The staff did their best to maneuver around the renovations. It would have been helpful to know about them for expectation management. Spacious rooms, but washroom in need if updating. Very dog friendly. I would give them another chance and stay again

They are remodeling! Be aware that there is no more restaurant. The pool and hot tub were being remodeled and will be very nice when done. Ask what is open if it matters. The bed was very comfy!

A Phoenix rising again

Webb's is an old two floor motel that used to be THE place to stay on Lake Chautauqua forty years ago. It was recently sold and is being completely remodeled. I would not hesitate staying there again. Hopefully, it will be great again.

The hotel is under renovation. Jacuzzi in the room didn't work. Pool was shut down with out any for knowledge and couldnt get many TV stations. Otherwise the room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable.

The property is currently being renovated and there are definitely places where there were areas that were in need of updating, but the rooms were spacious, quiet, and comfortable. We had a beautiful balcony looking over the lake. The pool and hot tub heater was broken. This will be a gem of a hotel once it's updated.
