Hotel was standard. My room was pretty good, except for the fact that the toilet paper roll was broken, which injured my finger as I attempted to catch the toilet paper roll as it fell from the holder.
To make matters worse, after checking out and after I left the hotel, I was asked to come back since they said they couldn't process my credit card to check me out. I had to drive all the way back from my client's office to the hotel to pay for my check out using my debit card, regardless of me stating that there's an active charge on my credit card. Holiday Inn assured me that the charge would be refunded and that if there's any issues they will resolve it. 19 days after I checked out (Oct 29), I am now double charged as Holiday Inn never refunded the charge on my credit card. After calling Holiday Inn twice, the call finally ended with them saying that they confirmed with their technical team that the refund was submitted successfully and I have to talk to my bank to resolve.
Will not be going back to this hotel.
