We enjoyed this place greatly. Staff was attest, inviting, and friendly answering any questions we had about the are and where to go. Rooms were clean and felt like we were stay in the treetops. Food was good and best of all there were wild monkey’s that came to visit every morning and yes bananas were provided. lol We would totally stay here again.

The entire staff was amazing and the property is beautiful! The food was also really good. We enjoyed having a couple nice and relaxed family dinners and my husband and I were able to enjoy some wine under the gazebo at the end of the night while our daughters slept in the room. So grateful to Fernando, Fanny, Jose, Marcela, Nemesio, and the other young guy at the front desk, thank you for making our stay memorable and comfortable. We already miss all of you!

Great location if you're visiting Xcaret or Xenses - it's just 5 minutes away! The staff is very friendly and courteous, they moved our room location to the one on the first floor since there are so many mosquitoes on the ground floor. The pool was out of service, but this was due to the Hurricane (Beryl) and understandable.

Loved the property and all the staff was amazing. Our only complaint was that it isn’t close to much of anything. We had to either take a bus or taxi into town for shopping, dining not at the hotel or the beach. But if your looking to just relax and lay back this is totally the place for you!

THIS PLACE IS AMAZING!!!!! Huge shout out to Fanny, Fernando, Jose, and Omar! They are truly such amazing people, they were so kind and welcoming. They went above and beyond to make sure we were well accommodated and happy. Now, the hotel is beautiful! We fed monkeys every morning! This place is such a great vibe! I will DEFINITELY be coming back!
