The staff, especially Nayelli, made the stay special. The rooms are really nice and spacious. We had a problem with the air conditioning system and Nayelli was extremely accommodating to get the problem fixed.
The in hotel restaurant had great dining options, breakfast was delicious. Great chilaquiles and amazing cinnamon coffee. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. One small suggestion is that I would ahve put the A/C units in the back of the room, instead of over the bed. The showers were really nice and had tons of room as well.
Again, the staff were extremely nice. We had problems with our credit cards checking in. Since it was late, they allowed us to stay and resolve the issues the next morning. Really 5-star service for taking care of clients.
