Have stayed here four or five times when visiting the Miami area. Probably won’t be back. Service was just blah! Room was meh! Place was crowded but the crowd was not people I would invite to my barbecues; nothing specific so, don’t go off on me! Just like a Motel-6 crowd at a fairly nice hotel.

Very bad Experience and bad Service
First incident they gave us wrong key to room. While trying to open door the key didn’t work and it was because a couple was already in there. The couple came to door asking us what we were doing at their door. So embarrassing. Second incident, they had a dirty bedding/ pillow slip a huge was stain yellow. We try to get a discount for both incidents and the refuses. Would like a discount for this bad experience.
