To be fair it's a 1 star hotel the room was large and clean. It was a Saturday night downtown so noise outside but not bad and served the purpose.

Dirty, dilapidated building with exposed wires, torn up drywall, graffiti and mold on the walls, cockeyed bed bug riddled beds and mattresses. Do not try to stay here.

The first room I was assigned had cold air coming in from under the front door. I was given another room, the TV was difficult to navigate the local channels. No housekeeping performed for the duration of stay. Location was very convenient.

Good Place to Stay
It's a quirky old motel but you can tell they have been updating the rooms. All the staff was really friendly and helpful and right on the bus line to get downtown so worked really well.

Its an older style facility, so keep that in mind when you visit. The facility was quiet. Traffic on the main road could be noisy though. Coin-operated Laundry facilities onsite which is handy. Staff were nice & it was well priced.

This is a safe, budget friendly motel with great staff. Never had an issue on site or in the area and everything was a quick five/ten minute ride share away. Considering parking anywhere in the city is forty dollars, it saved a lot of money being able to park at the Drake.

The staff at the Drake were very friendly! It is a great budget friendly option within a 10 minute Lyft ride from Broadway. Always see the party tractors driving by too! The room was in need of a deep cleaning, pull everything out and scrub the floor, but we didn’t go in expecting the Taj Mahal either. Will definitely stay here again, if I find myself in my new favorite city once more!!!

Sheets and bed were clean and comfortable although old. Room had been used in a video years ago so history there. Only 1 hot tub room and we pd extra for it for hot tub to be dirty and unusable. Feel some discount should have been offered especially when asking for a good review. Out of date yet cheap and friendly... Close to Broadway area (honky tonk area)

The staff was friendly and polite. That's the only positive. The rooms smell like decades of smoking. There's holes in the walls, the bedding and pillows were dirty. The floor was like walking on grease and dirt. The neighborhood was sketchy but the locals were friendly. While we were there it was super loud so no one could sleep and in the morning someone was being rolled out on a stretcher likely due to a drug overdose.
