Avoiding the Crowds
We had a wonderful stay. We went to Disneyland and wanted to avoid the Disney crowds and the busyness that comes with it. This property was easily located off the freeway 10-15 minutes away. The staff was all very helpful and welcoming. We will definitely be back when coming to Disneyland.

This property does not share what most Hilton properties do. It’s quite worn floors were sticky and dirty is not maintained well. Very little staff present. Parking lot is very dim lid does not appear to be in a good neighborhood. I would think twice before staying here was not for us. The pictures give a full sense of elegance very far from it

Great stay!
Overall an amazing trip. I booked it with the pictures shown and the location. Then I saw some reviews that were a bit harsh. The rooms are a little outdated but the hotel overall is amazing. I wish I would have known about this place earlier! We booked because it was the only indoor pool around Disneyland and my little one just wants to go to hotels for the pools. Pool had a heater and there was a spa. Complimentary drinks for mom n dad and the food was good too!

Disappointed and I’m use to LOVE Embassy Suited
Bathroom needs a lot remodeling! Maintenance seems like he/she cleaned the bathroom only once…. The breakfast use to be great unfortunately there wasn’t half of the choices for breakfast…the muffins, bagels, & majority of the breakfast were stale! I didn’t get breakfast the remainder of the two days because of the awful breakfast, I experienced my first day. I always loved Embassy Suites.

The common areas are clean and maintained okay but above the first floor is a filthy, worn out hotel in need of updating. Carpet is frayed and filthy black. Wall paper is just off in some places showing the prior paper. Our light blocking curtains were so old that they were starting to have little holes in them showing light. Location is awesome but I wouldn’t stay here again. Service was fine. Bare minimum.

Worst Stay Ever
Hotel rooms are in terrible shape. First room smelled like sewer . Went to front desk and guy there asked if i wanted him to go spray it jajjaa. Asked to be switched rooms switched me to the one over bathroom was dirty toilet had poop stain on it dripping down . And found Blood stains on sheet and blanket . Check your linens if still choosing to stay here I ASKED TO MOVE HOTELS room was prepaid so front desk said I was welcome to check out . But i would be charged with one night stay even if i wasnt staying . Free breakfast is not worth the Stay . Last time ill book with Hilton . Horrible place
