Staff were super kind and helpful - I was travelling with a small child and they really went out of their way to help, even cooking him a separate breakfast (unasked) when they saw he was struggling with Japanese food!

酔っ払い隣人と変えてもらった部屋について
最初の部屋は清潔感はまだあったほうですが、残念なが0時以降に部屋に戻ってきた隣人が壁を叩き続け、叫び、大きな声で話していた為、眠ることができず、部屋を変えてもらいました。その他のホテルと比較しても、壁が比較的薄い気がしました。残念ながら変えてもらった部屋は改装していない部屋、カビ・埃、（ベランダには大きなゴキブリの死骸あり）がひどく、電話で伝えたのですが、他にはないとの返答。結局空気が悪く睡眠はほぼ取れませんでした。ホテルのせいで部屋を変えてもらったわけではありませんが、カビと埃の部屋以外になかったのか疑問です。
