Pleasant honeys hotel . Great pool

Nice new hotel but build is a bit shoddy, door frames don’t fit properly, tiles badly cut but this didn’t alter the experience. Very clean, near bus routes, helpful staff. We had issues with noise from other rooms but that was guests not the hotel. They did go and challenge when we informed them. Good value for money and for us was really central to where we wanted to go.

If you’re searching for a hotel to stay in Almaty but you’re put off by the room rates at the Ritz-Carlton, my advice is get a temporary second job to increase your budget because this hotel, their staff and the facilities are worth every penny of the cost. Very good room for solo travelers or two friends max, close from many city landmarks and many restaurants and cafes around so it’s no difficult to find something to eat.. staff are friendly

It is a very comfortable hotel, in good shape and with very helpful staff. Whenever we had a question or request, they were ready to assist us. The rooms were clean and well kept, all necessary stuff was in the room available. The location of the hotel is on the edge of the centre. The staff was great, very calm and polite. The room was very clean and full of useful amenities. The kitchenette was complete with all the cooking essentials and the appliances were brand new. The room is perfect for an extended business trip. The daily cleaning was great, leaving the room spotless every time.
