I got upgraded to a gorgeous view suite thatvwas amazing. Great bed lovely facilities.
Some small details can be better like some stains on couches etc. Bit old ironing board but it's minor.
Bteakfast was a bit disappointing as manybsalty choices but no pastries at all. However the onelette was great and Steven was super nice and attentive.

Perfect stay! Wish I could have stayed longer. A fa tatsic hotel with great facilities, friendly staff and perfectly located within a short walk of the Taboga Ferry terminal. I could list all the great things, but basically, everything is great!

Staff were good and polite. Very straightforward check in and check out processes. 24 hour reception and easy to pop in and out of hotel at all time. The room decorations looked a bit dated but everything was well maintained. It was very spacious, with good bed, air conditioning and shower. The location was good, with some restaurants nearby. Transport was good with Iglesia del Carmen metro station and metrobuses nearby.

My room was a really good size, nice comfortable bed very clean. Nice bathroom Staff were helpful. The hotel itself has a nice bar by the pool and good atmosphere the art structures and decor make it interesting to look at.

Fantastic hotel situated in the National park with wildlife in abundance. Lovely golf course. Excellent restaurant and food. Staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms spacious and with lovely views. Fridge in room was very nice to keep drinks cold. Overall this was a very customer oriented hotel
