"The owner received us; Very very nice guy and very helpfull in every request or question!! Take notice you will need to call him -phone number on the door you can use WhatsApp ! he and his wife live in the back of the hotel. One kitchen that serves all rooms a little old, but you have everything, you need including stove and atmosphere is the best ! Nice pool and nice town !!! Worth the visit"

"We loved our stay at Quinta da Moita. The property looks pristine, the owner and staff are super nice and helpful. You see José’s dedication to keeping the place clean and tidy and you can see him walking around feeding the animals and treating the vines. They have a nice bar with a few options including their own award-winning wine, which we very much enjoyed. Personally it was also nice to stay in a black owned business that looks and feels amazing! Can't recommend enough!"

"It was the most beautiful, peaceful and relaxing stay at this lovely property! It was so unique to have stayed in a 400 years old cottage/villa that was renovated with everything you needed and more. It was also a museum with artifacts from many years ago, very special! Not to mention, the AMAZING home made breakfast every day that was served by the most WONDERFUL women, who were always kind, generous and welcoming to all of us. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts! It would be an honour to return to your home, Bom Dia from my family- the Canadians! "

Looking back at our two weeks traveling Portugal, my wife and I agree that our two days in this comfy cabin was the most memorable. Staff could not have been more friendly and accommodating. Breakfast food and atmosphere were great. Cabin was so well done and comfortable. Can't recommend enough. "
