We only stayed for one night but we had such an amazing time overall! During check in, the staff that was handling us was very friendly and informative. He told us about all the amenities and that day they had a movie night for kids, which my husband, child and I joined. The pool was great and was a great size for adults and kids. The room is clean and great size for our family of 3. They were even able to accommodate us with a sterilizer! Would definitely stay here again when in Sentosa!

The family room we booked was clean, well stocked with amenities, the hotel staff were very polite and friendly and helpful, they promptly responded to the requests we had, The breakfast buffet was really good with both local and western and kid-friendly options, baked goods and coffee was delicious. The pool area had a nice view with plenty of lounging areas. Would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to have a relaxing family staycation.

Staff was the problem otherwise the property is very good and well located but as Indians be prepared to be looked down upon. The front desk is extremely rude and they do not pick up the phones and then snap back saying thats not their job and Indians are especially treated weirdly which is surprising because the resort was full of Indian travelers and if they do not like us they should stop taking bookings from us. If they improve on this aspect it is a very good property

The breakfast buffet excellent and staff serving/cleaning tables was efficient and friendly. However, the staff responsible for cleaning the rooms was negligent. Four out of the nine days that we stayed there we had to call several times to get service even after we had been out of the rooms all day and the service light had been on.
