Nos ha gustado la ubicación, en pleno centro. La habitación está muy bien, cama muy cómoda. Lo peor, Toalla de ducha sucia, las habitaciones exteriores se oye todo el jaleo de por la noche. Justo debajo hay un bar donde se junta toda la gente joven y cierra muy tarde. Llegamos un poco antes de las 15 y nos dijeron que a las 15:00 pasáramos que tendrían la habitación. A esa hora volvimos y nos dijeron que en una media hora regresaramos porque aún no estaba lista, que otra media hora. A las 16 volvimos y de nuevo la habitación no estaba lista que fuésemos más tarde. Ya a las 16:20 conseguimos que nos la dieran sin un lo sentimos ni nada.

Es un apartamento
Es un piso que está dividido por habitaciones. Falta de un armario donde guardar las cosas. A nosotros nos tocó la habitacion que es el salón de la casa y era MUY amplia, PERO la puerta... por mucho que cierres con llave... de un pequeñisimo empujon se abre.Eso si , el edificio es NUEVO . Por "desgracia" está encima del savoy, bar donde se reunen los jóvenes a beber los fines de semana que puede causar bastantes ruidos. Para la gestión de llaves hay que ir al villa de Aranda, que está a 1 minuto a pie

Un hôtel fantôme annexe de l'Hôtel Villa de Aranda
Au 41 Calle Barrio Nuevo nous sommes arrivés devant un immeuble anonyme sans aucune indication et porte verrouillée ! Devant notre désarrois, un passant nous a emmené à l’Office du Tourisme, heureusement encore ouvert à 18h30. Il s’avère que cet hôtel fantôme est une annexe de l’Hôtel Villa de Aranda situé à une centaine de mètres !!! L’hôtel Conséjo de Aranda n’est donc qu’une raison sociale low cost de l’Hôtel Villa de Aranda ! Il est inadmissible et scandaleux qu’aucune affichette ne soit placée sur la porte de l’immeuble pour orienter le client vers l’hôtel Villa de Aranda ! Hotels.com n’indique pas non plus ce « petit détail » ! Une heure de perdue et stress à l’arrivée. Les chambres sont récentes, simples, modernes et confortables, mais avec salle de bains et WC communs. Cheveux sur le lavabo, WC sales, un hôte indélicat n’avait pas tiré la chasse d’eau ! Pour 30 euros, il ne faut pas demander plus ! Attention aux chambres situées sur la place, les activités nocturnes des espagnols vous empêcheront de dormir de bonne heure… Une mauvaise note donc pour la désinvolture de la Direction de cet hôtel qui n’en est pas un !
