For me, Sheffield is one of the best cities in the UK as it's got it all. A vibrant city centre, an eclectic area such as Ecclesall and surrounded by green hills and countryside. The people are warm and welcoming. I recommend Sheffield to everyone!

We visit our son in Sheffield every year. On this occasion we enjoyed Weston Park and museum in addition to the local amenities. The Curzon cinema in George St is a fabulous spot for coffee or drinks. Everybody we met was friendly and helpful.

Sheffield is a surprisingly green city! There's no shortage of tree- lined streets, gardens and parks, with Graves Park and the Botanical Gardens being my personal favourites.

Haven't been to Sheffield city centre for about 15 years but decided to come for a couple of days, as people kept saying how it had changed, well it's amazing! Love the whole vibe, it's unrecognisable, so much to see and do. Love it!

Spent most of our time in and around The Crucible Theatre as we came to watch the snooker. Winter Gardens are lovely. Relaxed and pleasant atmosphere ; enjoyed the big screen with the coverage of the snooker.

It was a Sunday when we visited so theyre wasnt to be much life in the city. It is easy to navigate around and there were plenty of eateries and bars and places to sit in the centre.
"Staff at Radisson are clearly trained to a high standard they were more than accommodating when they organized room with cot and extra room for us please guys give yourselfs a big pat on the back "
"We needed last minute emergency accomodation for Tramlines festival and The Ibis were superb. All amenities were fab, breakfast was good value ( especially if you booked the day before - £9 instead of £11) There was a lovely lounge area and even though most guests were there for the festival, it was quiet and they kept the bar available for a little night cap. The staff were helpful and the parking with discount was so convenient. Would definitely recommend and book again for next year! "
"No complaints at all with the hotel. I don’t usually leave reviews but felt the lovely staff at this hotel were well worth a mention. Every single member of staff we encountered from the reception team to the breakfast staff to the cleaners were all so friendly and cheerful - it really makes a difference to your stay. "
