Pese que no es un hotel la persona de la entrada nos recibió amablemente y nos dio toda la información de manera concreta, el depa está cómodisimo y cuenta con todo lo que necesites para estar a gusto, solo el domingo por la mañana fue un poco difícil descansar hasta tarde pues la ubicación es un poco ruidosa pero nada del otro mundo

Nice new hotel
The hotel is pretty nice and, though it may be noisy on the street, the sound proofing worked wonders. It is important to make an appointment for check-in/payment by cc. Although there is a person at the small front desk to check you in and help with any needs, a higher up must be called in to run any credit card payment. The only issue we gad was that they were unable to find our reservation at first. Once they found it, they only had one room instead of 2.

Hola! El lugar es agradable a la vista, pareciera tener todos los elementos necesarios para pasar una linda estancia, al llegar, revisamos las condiciones de todo y parecía estar perfectamente bien, pero, para la noche, desafortunadamente nos encontramos con: * El calentador no calentaba el agua de la regadera * El Wifi nunca funcionó Y quizá lo único que realmente no es nada agradable: HABÍA CHINCHES EN LA CAMA Y SOFÁ! Intenté contactar a Jessica (la responsable del lugar) vía telefónica pero el teléfono estuvo apagado y evidentemente, nuestra opción fue salir corriendo de ahí, a la mañana siguiente Jessica contestó un whatsapp con las fotos y videos que tomamos, indicándome que estaba viendo de resolverlo y estaba apenada, pero... nunca hubo ningún feed, llamada de cortesía, absolutamente nada.

Sin apoyo y sin respuesta!
Pésimo!!!, No me pude quedar en el hotel! En las indicaciones de la confirmación de la estancia, estaba un apartado que indicaba que era necesario hablar al teléfono del hotel, mismo al que se llamó y no fue posible contactar a nadie. Les llame a ustedes a su call center y no fueron capaces de apoyarme, pues tampoco les contestaron y no tenían manera de contactar a personal alguno del hotel; pregunté que procedía en casos como este y no sabían qué hacer. Pedí entonces hablar con un Supervisor y la historia se repitió, me trajeron de departamento en departamento explicando mi tema y nadie resolvió nada, hasta que me dejaron nuevamente en el mismo lugar donde empecé. Es increíble que les pasen a ustedes estas cosas, son ustedes quienes ponen las reglas, nosotros sólo somos los clientes y esperamos que estén preparados para atender estas situaciones; al final no me pude hospedar, me tuve que regresar a mi casa y es la hora en la que no me han contactado, aún cuando ya les había dejado otro mensaje en la página y están las llamadas grabadas que les hice a su call center. Agradeceré me respondan, soy un cliente Silver y espero un mejor trato que sólo me dejen esperando en línea y con el cargo hecho de una estancia que no disfruté.
