Pretty much nothing was as such likeable about it. It was understaffed and hence, customer service was disappointing to say the least

Beautiful location at one end of Chitkul village. Views of snow-clad mountain ranges from the balcony, as well as your rooms particularly if you're on the 3rd floor. Nice decor inside, all amenities including hot water (and showers in some rooms), very clean. Polite and helpful staff.
Only cons: The hotel can only be reached by a path that will be difficult for seniors and people with disabilities.
