Mi estancia habría ido muy bien si hubiera existido el hotel, fui por trabajo y tuve que buscar otro hotel, espero que no me carguen el precio de la habitación por que si no los voy a denunciar, no puedo entender como hacen una reserva de un hotel que lleva años cerrado

Esto es una auténtica estafa. Me han cobrado la estancia (38€) y el hotel estaba cerrado. Como lo oyen ¡el hotel no está en funcionamiento!; según me ha dicho la Policía Local de Navia lleva uno dos años cerrado. Aun así se publicita en la página de Expedia como hotel en servicio. Lamentable y vergonzoso. Haber si puedo recuperar los 38€ que me han cobrado indebidamente.

soys unos impresentables, hago una reserva con hotels.com y resulta que dicho hotel está cerrado hace mucho tiempo, por lo que tengo q dormir en la calle dado que no había ningún hotel con disponibilidad por la zona. llamo para q me dean una solución y me dicen que la culpa es mia que tenía q haber llamado para confirmar la reserva con el hotel, llamé 14 veces al hotel pero uno d los numéros no existia y el otro no daba llamada. Pero por si aún fuera poco me cobran el alojamiento Impresentables estafadores de verguenza.Llamo y siempre en espera 3 horas d departamento en departamento y en espera

Hotel abandonado
El hotel creo que ya no está en servicio porque cuando fui tras hacer la reserva, estaba con un aspecto de decadencia y de falta de mantenimiento. Al llamar al timbre, nadie abría, y cuando llamé a los teléfonos apuntados en la puerta, no me cogieron porque esos teléfonos ya no existían... Y viendo la situación, tuve que buscar otro hotel por la zona y hacer una reclamación a Hotels.com y notificarles que tal vez ese hotel ya no está en uso.
