After staying one night in the horrible Ephesian hotel guesthouse we moved here and what a relieve.
The receptionist was so nice that let us check in early even tough we didn’t expect to check in right away since it was pretty early ( before 10am), we just thought that it would be nice to leave our bags until we come back from the beach. The room is bit outdated, but spacious and clean and the room has a balcony. The rooftop offers amazing view from the city so even if you don’t want to swim ( yes, the pool is there) go up to enjoy the view and have a drink ( there is a bar up there). They serve breakfast at the rooftop.
The breakfast was good, the usual Turkish fare with few other options which was great.
No Turkish coffee tough. The location is unbeatable, the dolmus that goes to some of the beaches and the bus station is just steps from the hotel. The marina is across the street, bars/ restaurant and the bazaar is right there too. Flat and easily accessible. There is an elevator which is big plus.
A little note: there is no wifi in the rooms, only in the lobby which was stated on the web site, but I believe the hotel should work on it as it’s very inconvenient for travelers. No one wants to run to the lobby all the time to check emails. The outlets in the room were not next to the beds so if u charge your phone and need to work on it, you can’t do that from your bed. It’s not big deal, but it can be little inconvenient for some people.
I would stay here again.
