Tive uma estadia agradável neste hotel. A localização é excelente, com fácil acesso a pontos turísticos, restaurantes e transporte público. Os quartos são confortáveis, limpos e bem equipados, oferecendo um bom nível de privacidade e silêncio para descansar. O atendimento da equipe foi cordial e eficiente, sempre disposta a ajudar com informações e solicitações. O café da manhã foi satisfatório, com variedade e boa qualidade dos alimentos. A estrutura geral do hotel é bem conservada, com áreas comuns organizadas e ambiente acolhedor. O Wi-Fi funcionou adequadamente durante toda a estadia, assim como os demais serviços disponíveis. Falta de manutenção

Fui inicialmente bem atendido, mas ao chegar no 3°andar fui surpreendido com um cheiro de mofo bem forte, ao entrar no quarto a mesma coisa. Na recepção comentei sobre o fato, mas infelizmente vieram com aquela conversa que irei mandar alguém lá para verificar. Ninguém apareceu, e nois sabemos que era falta de manutenção e limpeza do andar. A questão é, não me ofereceram outro quatro, só deixaram meu ar condicionado no máximo para disfarça o cheiro e baixar a umidade.
