The place is located in a quiet neighbourhood, close to a beach. The garden is very nice. The room was big enough and clean, with some small improvements that could be done in the bathroom. The wi-fi wasn't great. We didn't try the breakfast, so I can't give an opinion on that.

I would happily return!
We had an wonderful time, from the moment we arrived they where incredibly welcoming and helpful. The room was clean, comfy and smart. We brought our own coffee and was able to boil water from the communal dining/kitchen. The breakfast was tasty and changed a little everyday. There garden area to sit and relax also. The staff where so polite and helpful. Location is great also! I would happily stay there again.

Great Stay at Nilufer Butik Hotel
Me and my husband stayed at Nilufer Butik Hotel between 2nd and 4rd of July. Hotel is suited at a very nice area in Ayvalik and it is 5 min walk to the beach. It has a very nice garden as well as parking slots that you can park your car if you are driving. The hotel was very clean, always smelled fresh and has a very modern design. We booked the double room with a sea view. The room looked exactly as the photos showed and it also had a balcony with a small table and two chairs as well as a drying rack. The room is equipped with a fridge with complimentary bottles of water and the bathroom had all the things you will need such as towels, shampoos, shower gels, tissues, slippers and hair drier. We have stayed in many different hotels and b&bs in different countries/cities and this hotel’s towels are the only ones that smelled great like the ones you have in your own home. We enjoyed our breakfasts in the morning as the hotel offers a rich breakfast buffet every morning. You can find tomatoes, cucumbers, variety of olives, cheeses, jams, tahin&pekmez which was my favourite, breads, fresh pastries, eggs, tea, juices, etc. Ahmet bey, the owner of the hotel, is a very kind gentleman who wants to be sure that his guests are looked after well. We are happy to meet with him and also chat with him in a number of occasions. We have nothing bad to say about this hotel and we highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a place to stay in beautiful Ayvalik.

Tuvaletler daha temiz olabilirdi. Yatak çok yumuşaktı bundan dolayı rahatsız edebilir kişileri. Ancak odanın manzarası çok güzeldi. Klima dolap ve balkon çok güzeldi. Yani fiyat performans. Son olarak kahvaltı hiç güzel değildi. Ege de bir otelde kahvaltı yapıyorsan yerel şeyler yemek isterdik. Kahvaltı, sadece kahvaltı var demek için vardı.
