Amazing hotel & staff for the price and location!
The hotel location and staff were all amazing! They went above and beyond for me communicating with me from the states regarding my room, etc. I’ve traveled a lot and this was the best customer service experience at a hotel I’ve had in a long time. The property was in a great location for Top ryde shopping and for the bus into the city. If you have a car paid parking is essential as no off street parking. The parking does need to be better organised as they give you a dedicated spot but when someone parks in it we were the people losing out. The room was compact but functional. There needs to be bedside lamps on both sides of the bed as the overhead lights were very bright . The staff were very friendly.

I had an overall positive experience during my stay. However, I encountered an issue with a vehicle parked in my designated spot, which I had already paid for. Unfortunately, the management staff appeared to lack the authority to identify or remove the offending vehicle on my first day of arrival. On a positive note, the shared mezzanine level, kitchen, laundry facilities, and the overall condition of the room were commendable. However, I did notice that the chair in my room had some permanent stains, which detracted from its presentation and cleanliness. All other areas of the room were clean and in excellent condition.
