O quarto estava limpo, mas o banheiro quando toma banho fica cheio de água, se entre dois banhos não puxar com um rodo a água vai pro quarto. Café da manhã fraco, pouca opção, e quando acaba demoram pra repor ou não repõe. Sempre falta colher pra utilizar. Não tem garagem disponível pra todos os veículos. Os carros tem que ficar na rua.

Sou PCD, tenho direito ao uso de vagas especiais, meu veículo é um USV grande, as vagas são pequenas e poucas opções de vagas para veiculos grandes. Vagas para PCD tinha apenas 02 e uma delas foi usada por um veiculo pequeno e não autorizado para estacionar, informei na recepção o caso e no dia seguinte novamente outro veiculo na vaga especial. Novamente fiz a reclamação e um dos funcionários da recepção informou que o estacionamento é uma cortesia, não sendo possível eles interferirem nessa questão. Outro funcionário tomou iniciativa e conseguiu localizar o dono do veiculo, solicitando a retirada. Sugiro que seja feita a reserva dessas vagas somente para portadores de PCD.
