Spotless rooms with complimentary cold bottled water in the fridge. It has a dinner room service so no need to wander around trying to find something to eat and the meal was delicious, just like a home cooked one. Staff friendly. Only improvement would be to have a small table to eat off.

Check in was good, room well-presented and very comfortable however a big letdown was the wooden blinds don't operate so it was no possible to close them fully. Very little sleep with lights blazing in. Not just my room as collegue also had same issues.

The bed is so hard, I had to sleep on couch. My husband even though it was to hard, some of the Pillows need to be softer. I had to use my jumper for my pillow. Also I couldn't find another blanket to put over me. I had to use the little brown throw that was on bed. I do have to say it was a warm throw and would like to know where you brought it from.
