Nice place to stay, we had booked pool access rooms so we could step right out of our room into the pool. Very nice place friendly staff and clean. I only gave a 4 out of 5 because some old marks from past guests on walls and mirrors that could be cleaned off. Other then that nice place comfy beds and just far enuff off the main strip to not hear the music and people. Quiet and safe place

We had a very enjoyable stay at Sugar Marina. Room was great except for a moldy smell that exists. The staff were excellent and the breakfast was great. Although everything was done to solve the mold smell issue (moved to the room next door) the smell was the same. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

The property is on the main strip but it’s at the inactive end of the strip which is good if you want quiet nights. Also it’s labeled as marina but there's no marina on property so that was a little misleading. There's an abundance of restaurants nearby so with the property only housing one restaurant, you still have choices around. Overall this was an ok stay but for myself I'd choose another location in the heart of the strip for a livlier vibe and closer proximity to everything nearby.

Great Hotel
This place is a bit further up from the beach, but that's a good thing. It was amazingly quiet which was most welcome as the previous three nights we had a room in a hotel above a bar. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, had all the amenities I needed. The pool was refreshing and the breakfast buffet was one of the best on this trip. Would return here again if I happen to pass this way again.

Staff was not friendly, an hour, and 15 minute late check in, no lotion in the rooms, upon check out, had to wait for maid to go to the room, and then try to say that I broke the blow dryer, which was not true. Liked that a beach mat and towels in a handy beach bag were in each room. Very nice pool as well. breakfast in the hotel for ฿350 was just OK, better to eat at some of the breakfast cafés down the street.
