Personal del restaurante perezoso y sin descanso
Las habitaciones y la propiedad eran agradables y la persona de recepción era amable. Lo que fue decepcionante es que llegamos tarde y entendemos que la cocina está cerrada. Sin embargo, la recepción dijo que podíamos tomar café por la noche en la habitación, pero resultó que nuestras dos habitaciones estaban a unos pasos de la cocina y el comedor, así que caminamos hasta allí. Encontramos a las tres personas que atendían el área sentadas escuchando música y trataron de decir que no podían ayudarnos, hasta que dijimos que la recepción dijo lo contrario. Entonces, de mala gana, tardaron 20 minutos en preparar dos cafés de 6 onzas. Luego, en el salón de fiestas hubo un evento que duró hasta aproximadamente las 3 de la mañana con música en vivo a todo volumen, lo que parecía ser el máximo. Estábamos más lejos del área de la fiesta y las cosas en nuestras habitaciones temblaban. Eso hizo que pasáramos una noche larga sin poder descansar durante nuestro viaje de 6 horas al día siguiente. Básicamente, el hotel me debe un reembolso por dos habitaciones, ¡¡¡pero buena suerte con eso!!!

Tienen televisión pero no tiene nada de buena señal, en realidad no necesitas en control de la TV porque no se ven nada de canales y los que se ven no se escuchan. Terrible. Las regaderas para bañarse deberían ser remplazadas ya que no funcionan bien. Si ocupas toallas no sirve el teléfono del cuarto tuve que usar mi propio teléfono para llamarla por toallas limpias y querían ue yo llevará las sucias o mojadas a la recepción para que me dieran las toallas de lo contrario espera cuando tengan tiempo para llevártelas. Muy malo

La estancia estuvo super bien, lo único que no nos gusto fue que el control de la pantalla no servia y no pudimos prenderla. No especificaba en el anuncio que tipo de desayuno incluía y pensábamos que era bufete pero solo era un desayuno americano. Fuera de eso la estaría estuvo de maravilla !!
