A good location. But the room was very humid and stank of bleach. There was mould around the corners of the bathroom. The pictures look better than the property actually is.

You cannot get a better location. Easy MRT ride from the airport and walking distance to Chinatown and Maxwell Hawker centers. Safe. Friendly staff who helped before checking in. Give you water everyday. The room is tight for a basic room but you’re just using it to sleep. The only downside is the soap and shampoo offering is terrible. The bottle in the shower is conditioner and body cream. Not sure where the shampoo is. However, still highly recommend.
