Book with confidence. This is a great place.
Lovely stay and great hosts. The place was immaculate and in the center of everything. Could not have asked for more for a couple days of visit in Naples. Felt very safe at all times and you can walk absolutely anywhere. Communication was excellent and I’d go back in a heartbeat.

This place was so convenient. Right above a metro station - but soundproofed from the outside noise. Everywhere was walkable, quadro spagnoli, centro storico, chaia. Gettting the train to Pompei was so easy w the metro right outside. The room itself was clean, the bed comfortable, the shower spacious and with good pressure.

Lovely acccomadation next to the Spanish Quarter with Metro station directly outside. Lovely spotless airy room with small balcony great for people watching. Just had to cross viaToledo to Spanish Quarter restaurants & bars. Friendly helpful staff. Excellent.

Great Bed & Breakfast in Naples
Residenza Borbonica is a great Bed and Breakfast in Naples. The room and bathroom were impecable. Breakfast is nice and with plenty of options and delicious baked sweets. It’s located in a good area for tourists with lots of stores nearby and it’s also safe. Vincenzo is a nice host and very helpful.

Lovely stay!
This hotel was located in the heart of the shopping district! Most things are walkable. It was a little tricky to find the place but once we found it, it was smooth daily. Staff is extremely friendly and prepare a lovely breakfast in the morning. Rooms have been updated and are comfortable.

The place was perfect selection for a 4 night Naples Easter break. The location next to Toledo metro station is optimal. 6 room B&B nice cosy and clean, offering all what you can expect, including tasty breakfast.The staff was very helpful and friendly. Due to location at busy place, some noice may be heard.

Delightful little boutique hotel. Everything was clean and nice. The hosts were friendly. The location was good for walking around Naples. There were lots of street vendors and shopping in the plaza out front. Note breakfast is not served until 8am.

Naples (in general) was not my favorite place in Italy, but this bnb was absolutely lovely! The rooms were clean and appeared to be recently updated. The bed was AMAZING- one of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept on. I even messaged the owner afterwards to ask what kind of mattress it was. Although it is in a busy area, when you close the door/window/blinds it’s not too loud (we also sleep with a brown noise app) You can’t drive up to the property, but it’s only a block away from the closest street where you can get a cab. The Spanish quarter was super close and easy to. The owner provided a map and recommendations nearby. Be sure to call the owner ahead of time when you arrive so they can let you in the Bnb suite. Highly recommend!

This property was very sparkling clean. Maybe there’s no such thing as too clean, but unfortunately it smelled of disinfectant. We kept the windows open when we were there until we wanted to sleep. The room was probably a bit small for an extended stay, but it was good for one or two nights and literally at the exit from the Toledo Metro station, so it couldn’t be more convenient for getting around the city. The staff was polite and eager to please. Check-in is early. Unfortunately check-out is also quite early at 10:30 am, but the staff was able to hold our bags in the tiny reception area while we visited a museum all morning. The square outside the room is a bit loud, but the windows and drapes dampened a lot of the noise. The pillows were very firm. All in all, it was a pleasant stay and I’d probably book it again for a short stay as I know it would be satisfactory.

Excellent stay and Lovely Owner!
Excellent stay! The owner is lovely and welcoming. The room itself is also really nice with a very modern bathroom. A hotel may provide more of an experience but this as an B&B is perfect. In the morning, the owner was always at breakfast and extremely nice. It is definitely apparent that he puts in a lot of effort in terms of cleanliness and being helpful to guests. He provided a map for places to go in Napoli and made several recommendations. The area is also great, it is right in the shopping district with lots of bars and restaurants close by. I have heard that Napoli can be dangerous but definitely not this area, I was out at 3am and it was very safe with police patrolling throughout the day. The area is definitely a good one to stay in as you don’t necessarily need to travel more than walking distances. There is nothing really that you can fault! I would definitely recommend
