the stay was in walking distance of a gelato shop, several great places to eat, shops, great architecture. local evening entertainment, groceries and more. Fresh baked bread each morning was a treat and tasty even without butter! About the only suggestion might be a foot map of the local amenities esp. parking garage, for those unfamiliar with the center of Guimaraes.

Great location, room, food.
Great location, though you need to park outside the old city and walk 1/2 km to get there. Apartment has a complete kitchen and dining room. Breakfast is delivered to your door, and amazing--a full crate of stuff. One drawback is that their check-in desk/store is usually empty, so you have to call them, but they are there within a couple of minutes. Also, the local bar crowd will be noisy between 1:30am and 2:30 am so bring ear plugs if you don't enjoy the sounds of nightlife.

Drôle d'accueil ....
Super loft situé dans le quartier pédestre de la vieille ville. Par contre, il faut savoir que le stationnement fourni est à une dizaine de minutes à pied. De plus, à notre arrivée à la pluie battante, nous nous sommes frappés le nez à une porte fermée sans aucune indication. Le personnel a eu énormément de difficulté à nous diriger vers le stationnement. Enfin, si vous réserver à une période plus froide, il est à noter que la cuisine, les chambres et la salle de bain ne sont pas chauffées. Il n'y a qu'une seule source de chauffage et elle est située dans la salle à manger / salon et que la chaleur se diffuse difficilement.
