They market themselves as a luxury hotel, but they clearly lack attention to detail. I experienced a frustrating 50-minute wait for the hotel shuttle at their Ao Nang sister hotel. The shuttle was supposed to arrive at 4:00 PM, but it never did. Despite the sister hotel calling them three times, they kept insisting the shuttle was on its way. Exhausted from waiting, we eventually called a Grab, only to find the shuttle parked right in front of the hotel when we arrived. When I complained to the front desk, they pretended to be unaware of the situation.
Additionally, upon arrival, I informed them that I had two reservations and wanted to merge them to avoid switching rooms. They assured me there would be no problem, but when the first reservation expired, so did my room keys. I requested someone to come and resolve the issue, but they insisted I go to the lobby once again.
