The hotel was very nice, but they don't address guests complaints as well as they should. The hallway walls were repainted, but there were no "wet signs" to inform guests to not touch or rest on the walls. It took days for the paint to dry and paint dripped down the walls onto the floors creating a safety hazard and stains on clothes. I reported this, and all they said was "I'm so sorry ma" But my clothes were badly stained. Also, my car was bashed into while parked on the property under the watch of the hotel night security personnel. Not only did they let the driver go, they didn't informed me and i noticed and brought it to their attention. Again, all i got was "I'm so sorry ma."
