Upon check in I was provided with a map of the area, with no indication of how to get anywhere as it takes at least 45 minutes by bus or cab. The attractions to see require a minimum of 3 buses. My reservation was for a 2 bedroom junior suite the Lotus room. I was provided with a 1 bedroom suite despite having paid for a 2 bedroom. Amenities were to include a full kitchen, though there were pots in the drawer there was no stove, simply a fridge, sink and microwave. My reservation was for 3 nights. Needing to leave 1 night early for Jerusalem, the hotel management and keeper refused to refund any portion claiming Expedia charges them fees. Expedia attempted to intervene and the abusive and angry owner and staff despite Expedia willing to refund their fees again refused to issue any type of refund. Between the bait and switch of not being provided the unit of 2 bedrooms and their poor professionalism to ensure any type of customer satisfaction--heed my warning--stay away from this hotel in the middle of nowhere. a terrible experience there including that upon checking in no one was on site to accomplish this. I had to ask a nearby shopkeeper to contact the manager after I was kept waiting over an hour to simply check in. Awful experience; cheap, unprofessional, angry, staff unwilling to help or assist.
