I trusted Hotels.com to rent me a decent room at a decent hotel. This hotel and room was not it. I was so disappointed and what makes it worse. I was in another state and had nowhere else to go all were booked. I am totally disappointed with hotel.com‘s recommendation of this hotel, it was not clean. There was urine leaking from the ceiling from the room upstairs the toilet moved there was not towels in the room for two people no toilet paper. It was disgusting so very disappointed with Hotels.com recommending this place.
