Clean room with decent layout for ease of use. Sink is separate from the toilet/shower so helps for groups sharing. Breakfast buffet is great and has western and eastern options. Main downside is location. It’s decent if you are planning to stick around the Gangnam area, but not very walkable and pretty much anywhere you want to go requires a bus/subway ride. Subway stop is close by but is a local, so late night options may be limited. Laundry exists, but I didn’t use it so cannot vouch for how well it works.

I loved staying here. The hotel was beautiful, getting coffee everyday was convenient, and the location was wonderful as I was able to walk to a ton of Gangnams shopping areas. Location is a decent distance from 봉은사 (Bongeunsa Temple), 선릉과 정릉 (Seolleung and Jeongneung Royal Tombs), Starfield COEX Mall, Lotte World/Aquarium/Tower, and 석촌호수(Seokchon Lake) without having to be right in the noise of it all. Staff was super friendly and helpful, also had English speaking staff!
