Good Location. The room is facing hot afternoon sun, when first entered to the room, it feel like sauna room. After turn on the air-conditional for while still feel warm, so complaint to the receptionist and asking to change the room, they refuse and asked us to wait another 30min for room to cool down, but the cooler seem like not working will. After 30min we call reception again, technician came to the room and said is like that because of the hot sun, when we asking to change the room, again she refuse with the reason I already stay in the room some time, if we change they need to do the cleaning again, but I'm sitting in room yet to use the bathroom or the bed, some more is their reception asked to wait in the room. So have no choice, we only coming back at night time for sleeping, no way to stay in the room during day time.

Good service and 24hr free snacks available.
The rooms are small. No space for luggage packing. The bathtub, shower and toilet are crammed into a small space and water tend to overflow into the room. However, the wash basin outside the toilet is an advantage for us 4 persons sharing the room as one can still use the basin while the other person is in the toilet. The snacks and beverages counter with comfortable sofa sitting downstairs somehow compensate for the small room space and prevent eating in the room. The snacks and beverages are good. The breakfast spread is good.

Hotel close to many places of interests in Tainan.
I left my tab in the room on check out and not aware of it until I was sitting on the speed rail to taipei. They already sent me a email and also tried to approach me through expedia . When I arrive Taipei, I rang back best hotel, we worked out instantly that they will send me back to tab through courier to my place in taipei. I received the tab next day in 24 hours, it save me a lot of troubles. I am very much appreciated the efforts and hospitality experienced during my stay in best hotel.

Good Hotel in Tainan
Good hotel to stay, very friendly staff. We had a 3 bed room, it was very quiet, clean, and with modern upgrades both in the room and the bathroom. In the morning there was a full breakfast with fresh fruits and a wide selection of both western and taiwanese food. Across the road there is a very popular Taiwanese Fried Chicken (Yan Su Ji) food-place where you can order a variety of food to be deep fried, and just further down the lane you'll find a few streets filled with shops and food-places with great local flavours and cuisine. Overall, great hotel in a Tainan, a city with a great art scene and rich in cultural history!

Clean Hotel on busy street, walking distance to major shopping centre (just watch out for scooters riding on footpaths). Staff were very friendly and helpful with at least one on shift that can speak english. Rooms very tidy. Easy to get taxi and will usually arrive within three minutes of being ordered.

失望的房間
本次選擇的是家庭四人房，雖然感覺房間有整修過，但是設計配置很糟糕， 我們住的是邊間，首先是玄關跟浴室門相撞，一開房間門就會踩到浴室腳踏墊，門口整個混亂。 再來是浴室設計不良，馬桶面對浴缸，但距離過近，使用時腿要打開或者懸空，很痛苦，而且淋浴設備在門後，而且使用時會把馬桶區噴濕（雖有設計浴簾可把馬桶圍住，沒錯，是圍住馬桶），但基本上洗完澡就濕了，感覺就是空間不足硬塞的。 然後是床鋪安排很怪，兩張雙人床，有一張躺下雙腳直接面對門口，超詭異的。 而且房間隔音不好，走廊有人說話聽得很清楚 。。。 還有很多，總之，滿失望的。
