This hotel is good value. Any of the irritations were minor for me and since it was such a good price and the owner/staff are so polite it all balances out fine. It's good that there isn't breakfast - I always wanted to eat out and I wouldn't want to have to pay for something i wasn't using. The building and furniture are old, this is its charm. If you're a fussy person go somewhere else. And you will be woken by the muezzin in the mosque 50m away (6.30am when I was there). Overall I liked it.

It is a charming, rustic hotel with the friendliest people. Maria checked me in and went above and beyond to help make my stay memorable and comfortable. The location is perfect and close to all the attractions. Can’t believe how much history surrounds this place!
