WORST HOTEL IN TOWN
The hotel is well ubicated, 10 minutes walking from Reforma. Unfortunately they do not know how to treat clients, they had bad attention at lobby. Also the whole hotel needs maintenance, there is a lack of cleaning in the rooms. You can smell the humidity ambient and the beds have a lot of springs and are dirty. They also offer breakfast included and did not give it to you. In resume is the WORST HOTEL IN TOWN.

A budget friendly hotel, good if you can relate price to its positive aspects. You get what you pay for...it has high people traffick, so its a usedup hotel...you need to ask for extra cleaning, tip the lady, and it all be good. Good breakfast, location is a huge plus. Good small restaurant, good prices. You can upgrade your room for a fee. Best location. This is a highlight. You are right in Reforma, near everything. Good restaurants and good prices all around...metro satation is real close. Metrobus is only a couple blocks away. The area is near the us embassy, the senate and really close to the Angel Monument. The area is safe, and clean. A supermarket next door. Good tacos around. We walked all around even at night. No problem. Irs considered Touristic area so you will be safer than the rest of Mexico. Beds can be better in standard rooms. We booked 9 rooms and had some issues with the room cleaning, so we asked for extra cleaning. We did get there 2 hours before check-in though. They have cameras, and also security guards. Very accesible for UBER and other transportation.

PÉSIMA EXPERIENCIA , el hotel es sucio , su alfombrado en pésimas condiciones , hay chinches en las camas , cucarachas y lo peor de todo , duramos un día sin agua , el teléfono no sirve , la atención de la recepción feísima y poco empatía con la situación , al reclamarles , el de recepción me contestó ( yo no le mandé a escoger este hotel ) , salimos huyendo de ese hotel , todo el cuerpo nos picaba y nos hospedamos en el hotel de la esquina , donde nos dieron el mejor servicio , nos pudimos bañar y demás , es un asco ese hotel no pierdan su dinero

Terrible experiencia, hotel sin agua , sin líneas de teléfono, sin nadie de gerencia quien resuelva . Tenía una peste en el ambiente por la falta de agua , nadie resolvía , ni daba la cara , me queje con hoteles.com y al no tener el hotel líneas de teléfono, solo por mail , no podían contactarlos, y llevo tres días esperando que el hotel responda y me regresé mi dinero. Nunca te queden en este lugar.

Estuve 5 días de los cuales, en el primero y en el último se contaba con agua en el baño; en los otros días había agua por ratitos; tenía que estar investigando a que hora habría agua y atender mis necesidades; la TV muy vieja, el control remoto no servía, no hay red wi fi en los pisos superiores, en dos días tuve que bajar a pedir papel de baño; el ascensor fallaba por momentos, la alfombra de los pasillos muy desgastada y hasta rota. Si quieres algo para llegar a dormir y no te importan las incomodidades esta bien por el precio. En general, el estado es malo.

muy mala experiencia, el hotel no contaba con agua ni para poder ir al baño y no avisan antes de que uno llegue a las instalaciones, al llegar me dicen que puedo realizar mi cancelación, y llevo casi una semana esperando que me den una respuesta sobre mi reembolso pero el hotel sigue sin responder.
