We had a lovely stay. Our room was clean and large, the bed was comfortable and water pressure was great. It was a little noisy outside the room within the hotel and could hear some street noise but it wasn’t bad. We used the sauna, enjoyed the large buffet breakfast, and the hotel was close to everything by just a few blocks. Free parking on site was also a nice perk.

We booked this hotel having never been to Rovaniemi. What a surprise in the heart of the city! The hotel was modern yet comfortable. Our Double room with queen bed was wonderful and well appointed. Service was courteous and helpful. Breakfast was a highlight of our day and cocktails at night did not disappoint. Would absolutely recommend to anyone.

We had a lovely stay in the hotel recently. The staff is very friendly and rooms great. Breakfast is excellent and really worth staying there. We also enjoyed a delicious (though pricey) dinner at the restaurant on their premises. The lunch menu by contrast is really disappointing (in size and offering - much better options elsewhere). Our only other disappointment: no fireplace functional in the cabin rooms (which was one of main reasons we took it despite priciness).

Check in was hosted by front desk manager Mark. He was awesome and attentive. Great hotel that takes of every need. I have never felt such hospitality for a long while given the amount of hotels stayed in. I only have one word to describe Mark and his crew beyond excellent.
