We booked for two room with two twins bed in grand deluxe room type.
Have to wait for 15 minute even we check in at 17.30 which the room should be ready at 14.00. In 15 minute we only get the first room and have to wait another 20 minute for the second room. While other guest that come after us, received their room key faster than us.
Room facilities was good, but do not surprise if find the water in bath up little bit yellow. Bed was comfort and they provide free fruit and cake for apologized compliment. Infinity pool and jacuzzi was great, pool cleaning staff was nice.
Unfortunately, the restaurant for breakfast is not quite spacious, food range also standard. We disappointed to find out that vegetable in gado gado menu was smelly, and has rotten with sour taste. When we decide to inform it to them, there were no feedback.
With their five star title and price, hotels should be more careful about this. Make sure check in for guest is smooth, facilities in good condition, and food in restaurant also need to be improved also give nice feed back if there are any information or complaints from guest.
