The receptionists are very polite, but the hotel is not good, when I entered the room I had to dust it, the floor was dirty and there was dog hair, there was a water leak in the bathroom, old and dirty towels, the air conditioning is programmed, there is no point in lowering the temperature as it will continue not to cool down, and the breakfast is terrible.

O quarto foi bem legal e a estrutura do Hotel é ótima mas a desorganização da equipe foi difícil de engolir. Prolonguei minha estadia com a recepção sábado a noite pra domingo as 18 inves de meio dia, no domingo as 13 a camareira entra no meu quarto que estava ocupado enquanto eu e a minha namorada estavamos la, eu inclusive sem camisa e ela de pijama, bem desconfortável. Após isso, o rapaz da recepção que acho que chama Hudson liga para o nosso quarto contrariado achando que o nosso checkout era meio dia, foi bem grosseiro ao falar e nem conferiu a nossa reserva antes de ligar, quando eu o disse que tinhamos prolongado, ele perguntou “prolongou com quem” como se eu fosse obrigado a saber qual era o nome do rapaz da recepção na noite anterior, após ele conferir que estavamos ok, nem desculpas ele pediu. Logo apos isso, uma funcionária bate na porta perguntando se prolongamos (novamente) e depois disso vem a supervisora PERGUNTAR MAIS UMA VEZ se prolongamos, interrompendo a nossa experiencia por varias vezes, a supervisora que por sinal foi grosseira, disse que a recepção nao tinha avisado ela como se eu tivesse a ver com isso, e novamente nao pediu desculpas pela falta de noção e a incapacidade de conferir uma informação no sistema antes de nos incomodar. No checkout, a recepcionista nos informa cobrou um estacionamento que nao foi comunicado no checkin, ao alertamos isso, ela tirou da conta, o que foi bom pelo menos. Enfim, é isso

Localizado na região do Aeroporto da Pampulha, o hotel atende bem aos viajantes que querem se hospedar naquela região da cidade. Os funcionários são cordiais e te ajudam com dúvidas. O barulho na região é baixo a não ser de outros quartos que não respeitam o silêncio para com os demais hóspedes ( isso acontece em todo lugar no mundo). A área de lazer deve ser melhorada pois só tem uma piscina não aquecida.
