Infront of karura forest with great hiking activities. Friendly staff n good breakfast. Really enjoyed my stay there. Definitely recommend it

Worst stay ever!

Worst stay I’ve ever experienced. I booked and paid the hotel through Hotels.com however when I got there, they made me pay the rate I already paid a second time, charging me double because I had a guest. This was so unheard of, and I felt completely unsafe in a country I didn’t know at all. This is at very best a 2 star hotel, towels had a bad smell, the room door couldn’t be locked, and there’s no A/C or heater in the room.

One of NBO's Best Kept Secrets Obviously

This is one of Nairobi's best kept secrets. Great, serene ambience you could as well be on a safari with all the wildlife around you. Great friendly staff and one of the best food I have tasted in an NBO hotel. I will stay here again and again.
